Lock Your Doors and Don't Believe Everything You Hear

My middle child is very safety-conscious. She recently put this sign on the inside of our front door.


My 6-year-old son saw it and decided to add his two cents at the bottom. It says, "I don't know if this is true" and he signed his name underneath that.

I'm so proud of both of them, for completely different reasons.

Babies are wonderful, sweet-smelling creatures that I can't avoid spoiling and kissing. But to see my babies turning into real people, with opinions and ideas and beliefs of their own - well, that is just so cool.
